I use a US standard guideline when sizing rings as default.

Since the rings in my store are made to order, taking into account the size of the client - to determine the size of the ring to order, you can use the international ring size chart bellow:

You can determine the size of the ring yourself using tips from the Internet. But I highly recommend trying on your ring finger size at your local jewelry store for greater accuracy.

Custom and Personalized Orders

• Yes, custom and personalized orders are welcome.
• If you would like to create a personal piece of jewelry, customize an existing design, or discuss a special request, please contact us before placing your order.
• We will be glad to help you create a unique handmade item based on your idea.
• Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design, material, and current workshop workload.

How Should I Take Care of My Jewelry?

Proper care will help your jewelry keep its beauty for many years. Each material requires slightly different care, so we recommend reading the relevant jewelry care guide:

To keep your jewelry in good condition, avoid long contact with water, perfumes, chemicals, sweat, and abrasive surfaces. Store your jewelry separately in a dry place when not in use.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

• Most jewelry items, including rings, pendants, and necklaces, are packed in a jewelry box with the Wikked Knot Jewelry logo.
• Some smaller items, such as beads, combs, craft supplies, paracord accessories, and other small accessories, may be shipped in standard protective postal packaging.
• We always pack orders carefully to make sure your item arrives safely.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

• Items that are in stock are usually ready for shipping within 1–5 working days.
• Many products in our shop are made to order, especially rings, personalized jewelry, and custom necklaces.
• We always do our best to manufacture and ship orders as soon as possible, but made-to-order items usually require 5–15 working days before shipping.
• Please note that production time and delivery time are separate. Delivery time begins after the order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

• If you receive your item in good condition but decide to return it for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• The refund will be provided only after we receive the returned item.
• The item must be returned undamaged and in its original condition.
• Custom and personalized orders may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or issue with the item.

If you are not happy with your order or have any problem, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will always do our best to resolve the issue.

Handmade Product Notice

• All items in our shop are handcrafted, so they may not be 100% identical to the product photos.
• Small differences in shape, texture, finish, patina, or details are natural for handmade jewelry and make each piece unique.
• The color or shade of the item may also look slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and material finish.

• We use UkrPoshta shipping service for international delivery.
• Delivery to European countries usually takes 7–21 working days.
• Most parcels arrive in about 2 weeks, but delays may happen due to customs processing, postal workload, holidays, or local delivery conditions.

Shipping to the USA and Canada

• We use UkrPoshta shipping service for delivery to the USA and Canada.
• Delivery usually takes 7–21 working days.
• Most parcels arrive in about 3 weeks, but delivery time may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Shipping to Australia and Oceania

• We use UkrPoshta shipping service for delivery to Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania.
• Delivery usually takes 7–21 working days, but in many cases parcels may take around 3–4 weeks to arrive.
• Delivery time can be affected by customs processing, distance, local postal services, and seasonal delays.

Will I Receive Tracking Information?

• Yes, after your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
• Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately. Sometimes postal services need several days to scan and update the parcel status after shipment.
